About Anna


Anna studied French, Italian and European Studies at the University of Bath and obtaining a BA (Hons) in 2000. She then attended the College of Law, Guildford in 2002 and began a training contract with Stanley Tee Solicitors (now Tees Law) qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006.

Anna joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Solicitor in the Agricultural & Rural Services Team in 2016. Anna specialises in land and rural property law and has experience in the sale, purchase and management of landed estates, acting for both private and institutional landowners. Anna deals with secured lending, leases, easements, covenants, first registrations of title and other associated matters for both the rural and residential markets. She also has experience in complex sales involving overage provisions, options, conditional contracts and exchanges of land as well as some commercial property experience having drafted and approved leases of shops, barns and warehouses.

Anna is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, having qualified as a Fellow in 2020.

 

Fun Fact

Anna spent six months volunteering in West Africa where she lived amongst locals in a rural community helping to build a school, dig a well and re-surface a road!
