Carina obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree at Lancaster University in 2008 before completing the Legal Practice Course at Chester Law School in 2009, achieving a Distinction. Carina trained with a Wirral/Chester based law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. After qualification Carina returned to her home county of Wiltshire for several years before joining FBC Manby Bowdler in 2018.
Carina is a Partner within the firm's Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning Team and is based in our Shrewsbury office. She deals with the drafting of wills to include care fee and tax planning and the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney. Carina also deals with the administration of a wide variety of trusts and estates. Carina is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). In 2021 Carina was appointed as the Shropshire Regional Director at SFE and is a panel solicitor for MENCAP and the National Autistic Society.

Carina previously spent a month in Kenya which involved helping to build a school, local volunteer work and climbing Mount Kenya
