Claire obtained a BA (Hons) Law Degree from Nene College at the University of Leicester in 1996 before going on to undertake her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Wolverhampton in 2001. Following the completion of her LPC, Claire went on to join a regional law firm where she undertook her training contract in which she went on to qualify as a Solicitor in January 2002.
Claire joined FBC Manby Bowdler in 2021 as a Partner within the Firm's Family department, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge as a Mediator as well as having over 23 years experience within Family law. Claire acts for clients in all aspects of Family law with a keen focus on matters addressing complex finance issues with a commercial and settlement- focussed approach. Claire also specialises in Family matters which involve assets or resources which are based overseas.
Claire is a member of the Family Mediation Council as well as Resolution and also chairs the Family Law Committee of the Birmingham Law Society.
In her spare time Claire enjoys cooking, gardening and walking the dog.
