In 2004 Deborah graduated from the University of Birmingham where she successfully obtained a BA in English before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2006 at the College of Law, Birmingham. On completion of her studies Deborah joined a regional law firm where she undertook her Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 into the firm's Private Client Department.
Prior to joining FBC Manby Bowdler Deborah worked as a Senior Associate for a Warwick based law firm specialising in Inheritance Tax and Trusts.
Deborah joined FBC Manby Bowdler in 2023 as a Partner in the Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning Team. Deborah deals with a broad range of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax Planning, Probate and Estate Administration. Deborah is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a worldwide professional association for family inheritance and succession planning practitioners.
Deborah is a football, cricket and tennis fan and has visited Sydney Cricket Ground, Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Melbourne Open tennis tournament, Real Madrid and Old Trafford, amongst others.
