Kimberly obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree from the University of Leeds in 2006, before completing the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Birmingham in 2007. Having joined the Firm as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Department in 2007, Kimberly then commenced her training contract in 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department in 2010. Kimberly was subsequently appointed as an Associate in April 2016 and Senior Associate in September 2022.
Kimberly is accredited as a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Kimberly specialises in estate matters including challenges to the validity of a will, claims brought pursuant to Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and the removal of executors and trustees. Kimberly also acts in matters involving breaches of trust and trust of land disputes. Kimberly is confident in advising her clients through the Court process and in engaging in alternative dispute resolution in an effort to bring disputes to an efficient and effective conclusion.

In her spare time Kimberly enjoys cooking, reading, listening to music and spending time outdoors with her family.
