Mark obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree from Cardiff University in 2011, before completing the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Chester in 2012, achieving a Distinction. Mark joined the Firm as a Paralegal in the Town & Country Planning Department in 2012 and commenced his training contract in 2013. Mark qualified as a Solicitor in the Planning Department in 2015 and was then promoted to the role of Associate in September 2021.
Mark specialises in a variety of matters including planning applications, appeals, hearings and inquiries, lawful development certificate applications and appeals, enforcement matters, High Court challenges and judicial reviews, and s106, s278, s38 and s104 agreements.
Mark is recognised as a key lawyer in the leading Legal 500 2022 Directory.
Mark has taken part in several Half Marathons and in 2019 completed the 42 mile Across Wales Walk.
