Pauline worked in HR for over 30 years for the Department of Environment, West Midlands Fire Service and Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. She gained Chartered membership (Level 7) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2012. In 2015, Pauline joined the Charity sector as the Black Country Volunteering Officer for Alzheimers Society based in Tipton.
Pauline joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Lichfield Diocesan Registry Assistant in February 2020, based in Wolverhampton, working closely with the Partner and Joint Diocesan Registrar Andrew Wynne.
In her spare time Pauline volunteers for Alzheimers Society and is also the Parish Safeguarding Co-ordinator for her local church.
