Samantha obtained a First Class (Hons) Degree in Ancient History from Nottingham University in 2011, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at Keele University in 2013 and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester in 2015. Samantha joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a Paralegal in 2013, commenced her training contract in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Wills, Probate & Lifetime Planning Department in September 2017. In 2022, Samantha was promoted to the role of Associate.
Samantha deals with a wide range of private client matters including lasting powers of attorney, wills and probate and trusts and has gained particular expertise in dealing with ecclesiastical trusts and charities.
Samantha is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, having qualified as a Fellow in 2024.
Samantha climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2009 raising a total of £2,200 for charity to help to build a school in Tanzania and recently completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the firms charities.
