Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) enables us to deal with cases on behalf of our clients without the need to go to Court. Once we know more about your matter our Commercial Litigation experts can explore whether ADR is the best course of action as this method of dispute resolution is not always appropriate for every situation.
We understand that every litigation case is different. With this in mind, we ensure that we understand in depth each of our client's situations so we can offer practical advice and guidance on the most efficient and cost effective way of reaching the desired outcome.
ADR processes we can initiate on your behalf include:
- Mediation - a process during which parties in a dispute work with an impartial mediator to help them reach a settlement.
- Adjudication - a process used in the construction industry, which allows parties involved in a dispute access to an adjudicator who hears an outline of arguments from both sides and then makes a final, binding decision.
- Arbitration - a process in which a dispute is referred to an impartial third party for a final, binding decision.
