FBC Manby Bowdler has announced the appointment of a new Associate.
The Firm is delighted to announce that Solicitor Kimberly Mears, a member of the Firm’s Disputed Probate team, has been made an Associate.
Kimberly joined FBC Manby Bowdler as a paralegal in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. As a member of the Firm’s Disputed Probate Team Kim advises clients on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate disputes.
Kimberly is currently studying for her Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) accreditation, which she will complete next year.

Kimberly is based at the Firm’s headquarters in George House, Wolverhampton.
