The funds raised will be split between Hope House Children’s Hospice and The Alzheimer’s Society.
Hope House is a charity that provides care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales. The services they offer include respite and end-of-life care at the hospices and/or within the family home, and support such as counselling, advocacy and the promotion of children, young people's and carers' rights.
The Alzheimer’s Society help create awareness for those who suffer with or are affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Any donations they receive will go to help research for a cure to these conditions and help those suffering with the illnesses and their families deal with the challenges of everyday life.
