FBC Manby Bowdler has become a corporate member of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), a charity that provides advice, support and advocacy for people with spinal injuries and their families.
The funds generated from corporate members such as FBC Manby Bowdler allows the SIA to support spinal cord injured people to lead fulfilled and independent lives, playing a role in society and contributing how they choose.
FBC Manby Bowdler’s Personal Injury team has secured millions of pounds in settlements for its clients, including those who have sustained spinal injuries. Led by Partner and Head of Personal Injury Tim Gray, the team provides legal advice and support to people who have suffered as a result of an accident, medical negligence or a catastrophic injury.
He said: “As a practice, we have extensive experience of representing people who have sustained catastrophic injuries and ensuring they receive the financial settlement and an appropriate package of long term care should they need it.
“Therefore joining the SIA was a natural affiliation for us, particularly as one of the country’s leading hospitals in this field – the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt near Oswestry – is located in our region.
“We look forward to working with the SIA and supporting their members to achieve the best outcomes.”
Tim is an experienced personal injury and clinical negligence lawyer, with more than 20 years experience in this field.
