Meet FBCMB’s Training Principal Charlotte Clode explains the FBCMB commitment to career progression which is governed by the FBCMB career progression policy.

This allows promotion from a Trainee Solicitor to an Assistant Solicitor to overall an Equity Partner, plus in addition FBCMB also hold career progression policy’s for Legal Executives, Paralegals and Support Staff which shows the FBCMB commitment to developing staff and their skill set.
