Midlands law firm FBC Manby Bowdler has become the latest Patron of the region’s leading voice in the manufacturing and engineering sector, Made In The Midlands.
It has joined forces with the peer-to-peer organisation that represents around 300 MDs and CEOs due to its strong association with the industry.
FBC Manby Bowdler employs more than 160 people at offices in Wolverhampton, Willenhall, Shrewsbury, Telford and Bridgnorth, and has been advising manufacturing firms across the Midlands for more than 100 years.
Several of its departments, including the Commercial Litigation and Planning teams, were awarded Top Tier rankings in the latest Legal 500 independent guide to the region’s best law firms.
Tracy Worthington, Head of Employment, and Guy Birkett, the firm’s Head of Litigation, were named as ‘notable practitioners’ in this year Chamber & Partners recommendations – an accolade only given to the top lawyers in their field.
Sales director Neil Lloyd, who works alongside the firm's Corporate team, said: “Becoming a patron of Made in the Midlands was a natural step with our experience in advising clients in the manufacturing and engineering industries.
“Made in the Midlands does an excellent job in raising awareness of the capability of manufacturing companies in the region and we’re proud to be part of that success story.”
As part of its patronage, FBC Manby Bowdler will be sponsoring the Female Engineer of the Year category at the prestigious Made in the Midlands awards later this year.
