The implications of a high profile Supreme Court ruling on Employment Tribunals will be top of the agenda at a free lunch club in Wolverhampton this month.
Law firm FBC Manby Bowdler will host its next HR Lunch Club at its office in George Street, Snow Hill, on August 16. It is open to anyone who has to deal with employees at any level, from experienced in-house human resources managers to those with no HR experience.
Up for discussion is the recent decision by the Supreme Court to declare the Employment Tribunal’s Fees Order is unlawful and what this will mean to employers, along with the incoming General Data Protection Regulations and the importance of setting out employment terms in writing.
