The only way is up for seven colleagues at a leading Midlands law firm, who have all been promoted into senior positions this September.
Elizabeth Harris-Clark, Sharaz Khan, Emma Smith and Mark Turner have all been promoted to Associate. Liz, Emma and Mark are all based at the FBC Manby Bowdler offices in Telford. Liz and Emma are both part of the Family team, and advise on all aspects of separation and divorce, while Mark works within the Planning department and can advise on a variety of matters including planning applications, appeals, hearings and enquiries.
New Associate Sharaz Khan is based in Wolverhampton and is a specialist in Personal Injury law. Also at the Wolverhampton branch is Elisabeth Glover who has been promoted to Senior Associate. Elisabeth specialises in commercial contract disputes, commercial debts, sale of goods and professional negligence. Elisabeth is a member of the Firms Regulatory and Business Crime Team too.
In addition to the Associate promotions, FBC Mandy Bowdler has also appointed two new Partners this month. Sara Simson, who joined the firm in 2019, will take the position of Partner at the Redditch office. Working within the Wills, Probate and Lifetime planning team, Sara deals with a range of matters including powers of attorney, probate and the Court of Protection.
Also promoted to Partner is Carina Kervin in FBC Manby Bowdler in Shrewsbury. Carina also works within the firm’s Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning division.
