We aim to be as transparent as possible with our legal fees. Fees vary dependent on the price of the property you are purchasing / selling. You can view our pricing chart here.

If your buyer / seller withdraws from the transaction you will need to let your Solicitor know as soon as possible. Dependant on how far through the transaction you are at this time, you may well be charged for the work your Solicitor has done up to that point.

A Freehold property means once you purchase the property, you also own / are responsible for the land your property is on as well as the property itself. It is important you understand the implications of purchasing a Freehold Property before committing to the transaction.

How long it will take from your offer being accepted until you can move into your house will depend on a number of factors. The average process takes between 6–12 weeks.

It can be quicker or slower, depending on the parties in the chain. For example, if you are a first-time buyer purchasing a new build property with a mortgage in principle, it could take 6-18 weeks.
