Cheshire East

  •  The Local Plan Strategy was adopted on 27 July 2017. The Site Allocations document is currently in preparation
  • The following plans have replaced the existing ones: Crewe and Nantwich Replacement Local Plan, Cheshire Replacement Minerals Local Plan, Cheshire Replacement Waste Local Plan
  • As of November 2018 the Council says it has a 7.2 years of housing land supply. The 2019 report is currently underway
  • CIL was adopted by the Council on 21 February 2019 with effect from 1 March 2019

Cheshire West and Chester

  • Cheshire West and Chester Local Plan (Part One) Strategic Policies was adopted on 29 January 2015
  • A Local Plan (Part Two) Land Allocations and Detailed Policies was adopted on 18 July 2019
  • As of April 2017 the Council says it has a 7.82 year housing land supply
  • A CIL Charging Schedule came into effect from 1 September 2017
