Remember a charity – Gifted possession's

It’s not just money you can leave to charities in your will. You can gift possessions, property and other items that they can utilise or sell.

While you may not be in the league of businessman Richard Colton who bequeathed his two rare Ferraris to the RNLI (which sold for a cool £8.5m at auction), it’s vital that your will clearly states what you are leaving to charity and how you would like it disposed of or retained.

Our lawyers in the Wills, Probate and Lifetime Planning teams are vastly experienced and can help you ensure that your favourite charity or charities benefit when you pass away.

Many are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and specialist organisation, Solicitors for the Elderly as well as being members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors.
