Andy graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Leicester in 2007, before completing his Legal Practice Course at Birmingham College of Law in 2009, achieving Distinction. Andy joined FBC Manby Bowdler’s Corporate Department as a Paralegal in 2012 and began his training contract in September of the same year. Andy qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department in 2014.
Andy handles a wide range of commercial property related matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, licences, refinancing and the property aspects of corporate transactions. Andy has good knowledge and experience of acting for SIPP’s and SSAS’s in relation to pension transactions.
Andy’s particular specialism is in advising clients in relation to licensed premises. Andy acts for a number of brewery clients and pub companies ranging from a listed PLC to SMEs and individuals and is experienced in dealing with commercial property matters involving pubs, bars, nightclubs and breweries.
